Refund policy

We accept full refunds for cancellations up to three days (72 hours) before the booked trip. If there are less than 72 hours until your departure, and you wish to cancel your ride, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

To be entitled to a refund, you must send a cancellation request with confirmation via WhatsApp or email to: at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the ride.

The refund, complete with any optional services, will be issued within 10 working days using the same payment method originally used, or converted into a credit for a future journey (change of journey).
